Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without these videos.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for customized, clearance, or discounted items, and items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering are not eligible. Customers must notify A2Z Sports Stuff customer support within the automatic three‑day window, and for shipped orders, required video proof must be provided. For shipped returns, items must be sent back using a trackable shipping method, and once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items reported within the three‑day window, and shipped orders must include the required video proof. No refunds will be granted for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse, and no returns will be accepted after the automatic three‑day period.
